Food was fairService was just beyond horribleThe delay to receive your food in the rush hour is more than understandable. The problem is you are not even seated yet and they pressure on you to order, to eat as fast as you can, and then to get the F*** out. After complaining to the manager he literally told us that he didnt care and he was loosing money if we took are time trying to enjoy a nice evening. This is not how you treat customers. The food offer is so wide in Boucherville, you should go somewhere staff appreciate your presence.Never again for me and my family.
Rice balls were served to us and they were still frozen inside but they were changed immediately. My other collegue was served his dessert with a piece of plastic in it. Not a very good experience.
Service is always fast and friendly. The staff are always happy to suggest menu items when undecidee. Food is excellent. Pizza is as close to Napole you will get on the south shore.
Terrible service, takes over an hour to receive one pizza which is either undercooked or overcooked. Unless you know someone who works there or one of the owners, you are treated mediocrely in comparison. People who have connections pass lines, get better tables, free food, reservations under 10 (unlike normal customers). Moreover, they mistreat their staff who in return bring a bad attitude to the service. The pizza is overpriced and they force people to tip. The way the owners and managers respond to unhappy clientele is despicable and outrageous. The saying the customer is always right doesnt exist here unless you know the staff (who are themselves neglected, especially those who dont hold a position of power). This restaurant always seems to have an excuse for their behaviour but never any solutions or acknowledgements. Dont go here, as a manager once told me, Orlando in Boucherville makes great pizza if we arent happy. Ill be waiting for your response! :)
Those guys make a great pizza. Lots to choose from their menu. Love it. Baked in their qood burning brick oven. Can't go wrong.
