The hotel staff is very friendly and communicated in a professional manner. The room was very clean; hotel is very close to Botanical Garden and few other places I planned to visit. However, food could have been better. Overall, it was a great wonderful experience at WecomInns.
Very nice rooms. Spacious. Good beds. Nice pool Area. Very good breakfast. Friendly staff. Good parking for large vehicles. Only negative comment is that we didn't receive enough towels in the room and they would not deliver any when requested. We had to go to the front desk to get them. A small thing but inconvenient.
Still did not check in but the staff at the reception are not welcoming their guests...Thanks for the feedback... I know that check-in time is at 4:00 pm and was nit talking about that. I was simply talking about the way the staff is receiving the guests, even not a smile... At the reception all staff members are hidden inside a room... Yes the check-in was very fast because the staff did not bother theirselves to indicate anything regarding WiFi access, breakfast time or location...
Good decent hotel. Sauna, hot tub and pool were nice options. Clean and maintained. Excellent breakfast buffet. Got CAA discount. There is not gym just a treadmill and bike. Toilet and tub were clogged.
Check in was quick and easy, even though my French is very rusty. The receptionists were very nice and helpful and spoke English. The room was large, very clean and, most importantly, cool. It smelled slightly of bleach, but that didn't bother us. The pool was large and warm and not very busy. The hot tub wasn't very hot in the morning, but it was by the afternoon, and the jets were nice and strong. The pool room was HOT, and there were no towels in the ladies' change room either time I went down. No biggie. The breakfast was pretty good: sausage, scrambled eggs, hard boiled eggs, baked beans, toast, English muffins, fruit, muffins, doughnut holes, cereal, juice, coffee, and tea. Checkout wasn't until noon, which was a plus. We were heading west from the Maritimes, and it was late, and we were tired, so we liked that it was on the way to Montreal, cutting our drive short. It's in a more industrial area, though, and there isn't a lot to see or do or eat without making a 20+ minute drive.
