Copy center service is awful I ordered some labels for my kid's school supplies and had a mistake twice had to ask them to remake them twice. Wrote a complaint letter to the office and never had a response. That's how much they care about customer satisfaction. Need to get some competition to wake up.

I get great service at the copy centre, but dont try to call them by phone, youll wait what seems for hours!

Use to have excellent staff at the copy center. Unfortunately the good staff is now working in production. The front line staff is very unprofessional and not at all willing to help. I was the only one at the counter, instead of saying hello I got "you're not waiting at the right spot". Again I'm the only one there and they are telling me there is a 1 hour delay with the express fee for an unused large size printer.
